This report concerns the market for agricultural tractors in North America, and is the first of its kind published by Off-Highway Research to cover the product in this geographical area.

The earliest tractors date back to the late 19th century, and today there are over four million units working on farms in the US, and around 300,000 in Canada. The market in North America for agricultural tractors is expected to be worth more than US$20 billion by the end of this decade.

The findings in this report are based on Off-Highway Research's existing database and on information collected during interviews conducted in North America with the manufacturers, leading importers, and dealers from March to April 2024.
