Compact tracked loaders, which is now a growing sector in the global market but represents a very small fraction of the Chinese market, are briefly referred to in the report, as a related but separate sector from skid-steer loaders.

The findings presented in this report are based on information obtained from key suppliers and distributors in an interview programme that was conducted during the first half of 2025.
