In recent years, Mexico has become one of the most attractive destinations for the relocation of production chains within North America, which has fuelled a notable rise in the construction of industrial parks, logistics hubs and complementary transport and service projects. At the same time, the development of rail and energy projects has reinforced demand for heavy machinery, as well as compact equipment designed for urban and residential works.
