Dynapac Road Construction Equipment India Pvt Ltd (Dynapac India) is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Fayat Group of France. Dynapac, originally a Swedish multinational engineering company located in Karlskrona, was founded in 1934 and today has subsidiaries in seven countries. The company produces pavers, mobile feeders, rollers and planers. Dynapac has been represented in India since the early 1970s, and it partnered with Escorts to manufacture and sell soil compactors during 1989-1994.

Dynapac India was established in September 2004, which became a part of Atlas Copco after its acquisition in 2007. This is an update of the Dynapac India profile (covered as a part of the Atlas Copco India profile) published by Off-Highway Research in January 2010. The purpose of this study is to present an overview of the company’s operations in the country.
